What are Sage Intacct dashboards?

Sage Intacct Dashboards allow you to closely monitor the most important parts of your business. Each dashboard consists of components like calendars, graphs, lists (customers, invoices, locations, etc.), news feeds, performance cards, reports, and shortcut links. You can create as many dashboards as you’d like and control who has access to them.

Why are Sage Intacct dashboards useful?

How do I create a dashboard?

Go to Dashboards > All and click the + sign beside Dashboards. Set up Appearance, Filters, and Permissions. Click Save.How do I clone an existing dashboard?

To copy an existing dashboard, go to the dashboard you’d like to use as the model. In the upper right, click the pages icon. In the Dashboard properties window, enter a new Title. Set up the Appearance, Filters, and Permissions. Click Save.

How do I edit a dashboard?

In the upper right, click the plus icon. To edit the overall appearance of the dashboard, click the gear icon in the upper right corner. To re-arrange the components of a dashboard, simply drag and drop them around the dashboard. (Tip: cloning an existing dashboard is a great way to test out your changes before fully committing to the edited version).

How do I view a dashboard?

To list all dashboards, go to Dashboards > All > Dashboards. (Note: you must have permissions to access the dashboard and have the appropriate permissions to view the information displayed within the dashboard). You can also easily print a dashboard by selecting the print icon in the upper right corner.How do I delete a dashboard?

Go to Dashboards > All > Dashboards. Locate the dashboard in the list, and click Delete. Click Okay in the confirmation window.

How do I group related dashboards into submenus?

Go to one of the dashboards you want to group. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner. In the Dashboard properties window, at Group, select create a new group. At New group name, enter a label for the group. Click Save. Go to the other dashboards you’d like to include and assign them to this new group.
